The customer is responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the work area. The Company reserves the right to reschedule or suspend services if safe access is not provided.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Company may offer financing or payment arrangements through third-party providers, which are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Late or unpaid balances may be subject to interest charges and collection efforts as permitted by law.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for missed appointments or insufficient notice.
7. Warranties
Equipment supplied by the Company is subject to manufacturer warranties.
The Company may provide limited labour warranties as specified in the applicable invoice or service agreement.
